Medical & Fitness Disclaimer
Please read this Medical & Fitness Disclaimer carefully. UFiT Daily provides a platform for fitness content and connections; it does not provide medical advice.
Not Medical Advice
The content, plans, workouts, nutritional information, and advice available through UFiT Daily — whether from UFiT Daily, from Professionals, from UFiT Intelligence (our plan-drafting software), or from Ask UFiT (our in-app assistant) — are for general informational and educational purposes only and are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any exercise program, diet, supplement regimen, or making changes to your health routine.
UFiT Intelligence and Ask UFiT Are Not Clinicians
UFiT Intelligence drafts workout, cardio, nutrition, supplement, and recovery plans from the answers you give, reads plans you bring, and checks them against our training rules and the injuries, restrictions, allergies, and medicines you state. Ask UFiT answers general questions. Both are automated software. Neither is a doctor, therapist, dietitian, emergency service, or licensed professional, and both can produce information that is incomplete or incorrect.
A plan drafted by UFiT Intelligence is a starting point that you review and approve; nothing becomes your plan until you approve it, and a change is applied only when you choose to apply it. The readiness questions asked before a first workout or cardio plan are a safety screen, not a medical assessment: a "yes" makes the plan more conservative and asks you to check with a clinician; it does not clear you to train.
Do not use either feature for diagnosis, treatment, or in an emergency. They do not replace care from a qualified professional. For anything personal or clinical, consult a qualified clinician; for an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your Health Information
UFiT Daily stores the health and fitness information you choose to put into the app (body measurements, check-ins, activity history, goals, progress photos, the injuries and restrictions on your profile and in your notes for coaches, and the plans you approve with the answers used to build them). A coach can read it only after you grant access, and you can withdraw that access or delete the data at any time. The Privacy Policy sets out the details.
Assessments are optional, and UFiT Daily does not store their questions, answers, or results; we keep only the date on which you confirmed the baseline safety check. Readiness answers given to UFiT Intelligence are used for that plan and are not stored.
Consult a Physician First
Exercise and dietary programs carry inherent risks. You are strongly advised and warned to consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program, exercise routine, dietary regimen, or lifestyle modification recommended by any Professional on the Platform — especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical condition (including heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, or eating disorders).
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Platform or discussed with a Professional.
Assumption of Health Risk
Physical exercise, athletic training, and nutritional changes carry inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. By using the Platform and engaging with any Professionals, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities, and you do so at your own risk.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort at any time, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
Nutrition Guidance Is for Wellness, Not Treatment
Any nutrition, dietary, or meal guidance offered by Professionals on UFiT Daily — including those listed as nutritionists or dietitians — is provided for general wellness, fitness, and performance purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical nutrition therapy from a licensed clinician.
If you have a medical condition (such as diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder, food allergies, or are pregnant), consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before following any nutrition plan from the Platform. UFiT Daily does not provide clinical or medical nutrition services.
Supplements & Nutrition
Statements about supplements or nutrition have not necessarily been evaluated by any regulatory authority and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Use of any supplement is at your own risk and should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Emergency
If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you must stop immediately and contact emergency services (such as 911).
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
